PUT DOWN THE POWER WASHER
If you have a pressure washer, it may be tempting to get it out and blast off your patio. This can do a lot of damage, knocking the finish off your pavers and the sand out from between them, and even leave rings or lines that can be very difficult and costly to remove. That's why we hand scrub the area using an concrete shampoo, and are careful not to use too much force. It may take a little more time, but it will save you a lot of headache in the long run.
If you have got cracked stones or pavers, or areas that have settled and are sunken or uneven, we can fix that. We'll pop out the problem areas with our special tools, make sure everything is level, and match and replace any broken pieces. When we're done, you won't even be able to tell there was a problem to begin with, or that anything was replaced.
RE-SANDING & SEALING
Once your patio is clean and dry, we come in with polymeric sand to reinforce the joints and keep your pavers in place. Wetting the sand activates a binding agent that holds the individual pieces together and prevents them from shifting. We then apply a sealer to protect your patio from stains and water damage, and prevent anything from growing in the cracks, or the sand from coming loose.

PREPARE YOUR PATIO FROM HARSH WINTER WEATHER!
Winter can be hard on your hardscaping, especially if it hasn't been sealed in a couple years. The most common cause of cracks, loose pavers, and heaving is water getting into your pavers or the spaces between them and freezing. Avoid permanent damage and costly repairs by getting your patio resealed before winter.
I am really impressed by how nice the hardscape looks! I did not realize the cost was minimal and the results were so amazing!- Dave M.
